Kevin C. Beer, CPCU

Mr. Beer oversees all the operations of Wright Specialty Insurance and is responsible for the growth and profitability of all WSI Programs. He was instrumental in the formation of WRM America IndemnityCompany, Inc. and Wright Specialty Insurance Agency, assisting with product development and program design, as well as the structuring of reinsurance and formulation of business strategies.

Mr. Beer started his career in Wright’s Executive Training Program in 2001. It was in Wright’s Executive Training Program where Mr. Beer gained valuable hands-on training and experience in the Claims, Risk Management, Marketing, Accounting, Information Technology, and Underwriting Departments. During his seventeen-year tenure with Wright, Mr. Beer has managed and underwritten Property, General Liability, Auto, and Professional Liability programs. Prior to being named the President of Wright Specialty Insurance, Mr. Beer was the Senior Vice President of Underwriting for Wright Specialty and WRM America. He also served as a Senior Underwriter for the NYSIR and NYMIR divisions at Wright.

Mr. Beer earned a B.S. in Economics from the University of Scranton and M.B.A. from Hofstra University. In addition, Mr. Beer holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
