Ellen Dividock, CPCU, AAI, AIS, ARM
Ellen Dividock joined Wright Specialty Insurance as Vice President, Business Development with over twenty years’ experience in the insurance industry. Her responsibilities include program design, enhancement, and expansion as well as the functions necessary for successful marketing, implementation, and communication regarding the various programs within the office. In addition, Ellen continuously works to develop long term and collaborative working relationships with insurance carriers which is critical to program success.
Ellen’s background includes working for a large national broker, Arthur J. Gallagher, and a large regional broker, The Gleason Agency, Inc. Ellen’s working knowledge provides expertise in all aspects of the insurance industry including account management, claims, product development, programs, operations, and marketing. Her background and understanding of the insurance industry provide unique qualities to focus on creative program development. For example, Ellen is one of five inventors of a patented risk management premises inspection tool used to reduce claims frequency and severity in retail stores.
Ellen is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantitative Business Analysis and received her Master of Science Degree in Insurance Management from Boston University in 2004.
She holds insurance licenses in all fifty states, has earned her Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI), Associate in Insurance Services (AIS), and her Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designations.
