Our website allows online claim reporting for the following types of claims:

  • Auto (1st & 3rd party),
  • General Liability,
  • E&O/Employment Practices,
  • Property (1st Party Property, Inland Marine, Equipment Breakdown),
  • Crime

If you wish to file one of the claims noted above online, please click here.

If you wish to report a claim over the phone during regular business hours, please dial

If you need to report claim emergency during non-business hours, please dial:

You may also submit your claim via email to claims@wrightinsurance.com or by facsimile to 516-222-5392.

Once a claim is filed, an automated claim acknowledgment is sent via email to the broker and/or insured contact listed on the account. This acknowledgment provides the name, phone number, and email address of the claim examiner. You may also call Wright Specialty Insurance at 516-227-2300 to be connected to your claims representative.

To check the status of your claim, please call or email your claim examiner.

For questions regarding your policy, please reach out to our Client Services or Underwriting Department by calling 516-227-2300.

To find your policy number, you will need to look at a copy of your insurance policy with us. Once you have your policy, find the Declaration Page. In the top right-hand corner of the declaration page you will see your policy number listed.
